Introducing a state-of-the-art product, a 200Gb/s transceiver module designed to cater to 3km optical communication applications. This meticulously designed module adheres to the IEEE802.3bs 200GBASE-FR4 standard.
It operates by converting 4 input channels (ch) of 50Gb/s (PAM4) electrical data into 4 CWDM optical signals, which are then multiplexed into a single channel for 200Gb/s (PAM4) optical transmission. On the receiver side,
it performs the reverse process, optically de-multiplexing a 200Gb/s (PAM4) input into 4 CWDM channel signals and converting them into 4-channel output electrical data.
The central wavelengths of the 4 CWDM channels are 1271, 1291, 1311, and 1331 nm, aligning with the CWDM wavelength grid defined in ITU-T G.694.2.
This module is equipped with a duplex LC connector for the optical interface and a 38-pin connector for the electrical interface. To minimize optical dispersion in long-haul systems,
the product requires the application of single-mode fiber (SMF). Host FEC (Forward Error Correction) is also essential to support up to 2km fiber transmission.
Meticulously designed to align with the form factor, optical/electrical connection, and digital diagnostic interface prescribed by the QSFP56 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA),
this product is engineered to withstand the harshest external operating conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, and EMI interference.
