F5 Networks OPT-0043-01 is a QSFP+ specification 40G multimode fiber transceiver module. According to its model and industry standards, the following is the core product description:

10. Key features: Hot-pluggable, low power consumption (in line with QSFP+ specifications)
Supports digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM/DOM) - can monitor parameters such as temperature, voltage, transmit/receive optical power,
etc. of the module through F5 device command lines or management interfaces, facilitating faul tand link health monitoring.
